A solid structure build into the existing home and secured to the pad, and not an aluminum kit! Roofing, framing and electrical for the fan was all completed in excellent time (despite rain). We hired JC Construction for a large backyard project - screening in our concrete slab and creating a huge deck. What they were able to do for us is simply amazing. We love it! Mr. Clark and his crew had to deal with some of the worst weather Charleston could throw at us but they soared above our expectations. We came to them with an idea of what we wanted and not only did they make it work but the detail and craftsmanship kicked it up a notch. Dealing with them was a breeze...professional, respectful, and friendly. We just can't get over how much we love it! My husband has his own BBQ area, we have our quiet and cool screened in porch, and then we have our huge open deck with built in seating and storage. We will not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!
